Our bodies are amazing. Christian folks would even say they are temples. Taking care of them is often something we don’t focus on when we’re young, and this can catch up to us after 25… or it certainly did for me at least.
Not so fun fact: Did you know our bodies start technically dying at 25? No wonder we all started getting more hangovers around that age… But seriously. Turning 25 doesn’t mean your body is falling apart, it just means you actually have to start putting some effort into maintaining it.
In a world of content glorifying consumption, it may seem like you basically need to be a millionaire with no job and no kids to achieve and maintain your dream body. I’m here to tell you that that is a lie told to you so you will give influencers, gyms, clothing lines, etc., your money. I’ve been eating healthy, working out, and generally in the best shape of my life for years and I’ve been broke and working 3-4 jobs the whole time. I want to share how I’ve managed to do this so you can live your best life too. So this page is all about how to create fitness routines, eat better and take care of your body without breaking your bank, the clock, or your spirit.
