       Burn out is becoming more and more common in our increasingly fast-paced lifestyles. Mental health is at an all time low. People aren’t taking care of their minds in a world that demands more from them than ever. A good amount of this is just for lack of knowledge.

 

      There is so much advice and information out there about how you should take care of your mind. From Tik Tok vloggers to health magazines and everywhere in between, and, unfortunately, a lot of this information is bull****, to be honest. So we’re left to sift through all this bull**** to find what’s actually helpful, and what’s not, or even what’s harmful.

 

       As a woman in the best mental health shape of her life (if I do say so myself) who’s overcome many mental health setbacks, deals with mental illness on a daily basis, a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, who continues to educate herself on the subject… I have spent my life sifting through all the bull**** so that you don’t have to.
